Can I place an order as a private person?
No, we only supply to businesses (B2B). The right of return does not apply. If your business is not satisfied with a product, please contact us to discuss the options and find a suitable solution.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
We do everything we can to prepare your order as quickly as possible. The waiting time varies depending on the time of year (rush), if all products are in stock (or we have to produce them) and which products you order exactly. Personalised packaging demands a bit more work and time. On average we can say you will receive your order about a week later. For personalised products about 2 to 3 weeks after your approval of the design.
Do I receive my order at home and what's the schipping cost?
For dispatching of our products we work together with DHL. You receive an email from DHL that tells you which day you can expect your order. Unfortunately they can not tell you the specific time of the delivery. (Deliveries happen between 8am and 6 pm). Make sure there is someone around to accept your order during those hours.

If you order more than €175 net, shipping is free. For smaller amounts, there is a €12 shipping charge. You can also pick up the goods yourself, but please contact us first to ensure that your order is ready.
Where can I obtain the certificates for the products?
The certificates that declare that our packaging is suitable for contact with food can be found in the webshop! Under the main category 'Certificates' you can search by category, type of product and possibly by collection.
Personalised
1. Send us your logo/name in a vector file (ai., eps. or svg.)
2. We make a proof to show how your logo/name will appear on the product. For printing reasons, we make the proof in black and white. However, the printing colors are stated on the document.
3. When the proof is approved, we have the cliche made.
4. 2 to 3 weeks later, your printed products are ready. Except in the hectic of the end of the year.
Terms & conditions Belgium
1. Minimum order amount: € 50 (net).
2. Our prices are given departure Halen, where the goods can be seen before the shipment by the buyer. They are sent at the buyer's risk.
3. The goods shall remain the property of the seller until the full settlement of the amounts owed by the customer.
4. Delivery times are always approximate. Their overrun does not entitle the buyer to a right of redress.
5. An incomplete execution of an order cannot be invoked for the non-payment of the expired invoices.
6. Unless other agreements in writing, our accounts are payable within the due date without discount. In each account, not paid on its due date, a delay interest of 12% per annum is payable by law and without prior notice.
7. In the case of non-payment of the account at due date, the unpaid amount of the account will be increased by 10%, with a minimum of € 50,00, without the need for a notice of default.
8. All complaints must be made in writing within eight days after delivery of the goods.
9.Goods can only be returned unopened and in perfect condition in the original packaging. The costs of the return are fully borne by the buyer. A credit memo is made after receipt of the goods and with a withholding of 20% on the price of the returned item to compensate for the handling.
10. After being notified twice by email about an outstanding amount, we are forced to send a registered letter. An administrative fee of € 25 will be charged for this.
11. In case of dispute, the courts of Hasselt shall have jurisdiction only. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
